The Brain Cognition and Development Laboratory at the University of Florida conducts research in an ongoing effort to further understand how the brain develops, how cognitive and perceptual abilities develop from infancy through adulthood, and how infants, children and adults learn from experience. Our research uses a variety of methods, including measures of brain responses, eye-movements and fixations, and behavioral responses. Our research has been published in leading journals in Psychology, Neuroscience and Developmental Psychology, members of our lab have received local and national research awards, we present our findings at local, national and international conferences, and we have have contributed to several local outreach and community based efforts.
